Utilizing our ever-growing network of professionals, including landscape contractors, masonry specialists, engineers, architects, pool builders, irrigation contractors, arborists, and much more; we work to manage the installations of our designs. Our goal is always to provide the client with a seamless, enjoyable experience through the installation phases.

Consultation

Whether you are confused about where to start with your landscape or have questions for which you need professional advice, we offer professional landscape consultation services. Based on our extensive experience in many areas of landscape, we can point you in the right direction, and make sure you have a cohesive plan and strategy moving forward.

Landscape Purchasing

Due to our extensive network of vendors and our history of purchasing products in the landscape world (i.e. plants of all types, hardscape products, landscape lighting, specialty products, art, etc.), we can assist you with purchasing just the right piece(s) for your landscape project.

Landscape Management

Landscapes need care. Via our specialists, we can provide ongoing landscape management services from its installation phase through its maturation. We strive for responsible Land Stewardship– “the conservation of your property's natural resources and features over a long period of time.”

Our mission

MSE Landscape Associates was created in June 2017 with these goals and practices in mind.

Our body of work is extensive and diversified, and we have installed many successful landscapes over 5 decades. We are also very dedicated to executing the landscapes in a eco-conscious and sustainable way.

Initially, we strive to provide top tier professional landscape design services. We realize every client and property is unique, therefore we provide flexibility in our approach to our business relationships. Fundamentally, we are a Landscape Design/ Project Management company. We provide the option to use one or all of our services. We also provide post installation ‘Landscape Management’ services to help manage your landscape to survive the test of time. In addition, we are happy to provide consultation services to those who would like to do some things on their own, or just have questions about their landscape and landscape management.

Our design goal is always to provide top level professional, sustainable, pragmatic and ecological solutions to any design challenges. We strive to get to know the client, whether it be a family, entity, or individual. We strongly believe that the design process is a team effort between the client and designer. We thrive on our long term relationships with our clients. The relationship starts with us listening carefully to your unique needs.. We thoroughly analyze the nuances of the sites as well as the vision and dreams of our clients, and combine those elements to produce exciting, diversified, sustainable and functional designs. We combine outstanding architectural hardscape features with an ecological, sustainable approach to our planting schematics. We also lean on our experience of over 5 decades in the industry. We address budget and the financial aspects along the way, paralleling the creative process with the financial considerations.

Once the design is completed, we will work with you on acquiring any required permits needed for the project. This can be a confusing, complex situation, and we work together with required professionals and the client to help guide you through the process of compliance and permitting as needed. We have partnerships with engineers and other professionals, such as architects, that help fulfill any of the requirements set forth by the local bureaucracies.

Our Project Management services are long reaching and thorough. First, every project has a budget, and we start the process of establishing an affordable budget during the design process. We have access to an extensive network of very talented professionals such as engineers, architects and contractors, each with their own specialties and talents. We thrive on putting together excellent teams for any given project. Depending on the scope of the design and project, some of our teams are extensive ,whereas some projects dictate a small team.

Our project management services give the client the peace of mind, that while they live their busy lives and manage their schedules; we will oversee project. We are the point of contact and impetus for every nuance of the project.

Once the project is completed, we also provide ‘Landscape Management’ services, in which we will oversee the long and short terms care of your evolving landscape. Again, we have access and relationships with professional gardening contractors and landscape contractors that perform the work. We help guide your landscape through all the challenges we encounter, such as monitoring normal growth and maturity of a garden, weather and climate swings that affect the landscapes, animal browsing, weed pressure and more. We also will provide consultation services to those ambitious amateur gardeners that would like to take on management on their own.

Our overall goal is to provide turnkey ecologically minded services for any part of the landscape process, from developing the initial vision and design, the compliance and implementation of the projects, and finally, the care and management of your landscape.
